The Land & Garden Preserve
I work with the Preserve on collaborative photography and short films that inform their archive and support their educational, communications and development programs.
In 2024 we began a film about their Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Garden. We are currently in production. The film is scheduled for release early in 2027.
The Preserve’s land and trails crew uses a high-line to shuttle gravel to a hard to reach trail project.
The Native Gardens of Blue Hill
In 2025 I am working with the Native Gardens of Blue Hill to photograph their gardens at peak season.
Motion Photography Installations
I practice experimental motion photography to explore the relationship between light and plants. This reel is currently on exhibit in the New Garage Arts space in Blue Hill, Maine. Viewings by appointment. Please use the contact page on this site to visit the gallery.
The Community School for Place-based Education
In 2022 and 2023 we used observational documentary filmmaking techniques to capture the learning culture of the school. We had a public screening at College of the Atlantic. The reels were used for communications and development.
The Bar Harbor Historical Society
In 2024 I worked with video interviews from the 1980’s and 1939 footage of Margaret Cram’s Movie Queen project to create this ten-minute short film for the society’s entryway installation.
DownEast New Music
In 2023 we filmed two complete performances for their inaugural season and created highlight reels to promote future seasons.
